About the role

Join our infrastructure team to build the compute platform that powers fast, reliable builds and tests for development teams worldwide. You'll work on distributed systems, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure that serves thousands of developers daily.

What you'll do

●Design and build scalable infrastructure for compute workloads running millions of jobs
●Develop container orchestration and scheduling systems that optimize resource utilization
●Build high-performance networking and caching layers for faster build times
●Create monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for infrastructure health
●Optimize cost and performance across cloud providers and bare metal
●Contribute to infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and tooling
●Collaborate with product teams to enable new developer workflow features

What we're looking for

●5+ years of experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
●Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container technologies
●Experience with Go, Rust, or similar systems programming languages
●Deep understanding of networking, storage, and compute optimization
●Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability
●Knowledge of CI/CD systems and developer tooling workflows
●Experience scaling infrastructure from thousands to millions of jobs
●Strong debugging skills and operational experience
