Marketing Lead

About the role

Lead marketing strategy and execution at Namespace as we scale our developer infrastructure platform to reach millions of developers. You'll build our brand in the developer community, create compelling technical content, and drive growth through authentic developer-focused marketing.

This role combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with engineering and product teams to translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear value propositions that resonate with developers and engineering leaders.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for developer and enterprise audiences
  • Create technical content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and documentation
  • Build and manage developer community presence across social media, forums, and events
  • Plan and execute conference presence, speaking opportunities, and developer meetups
  • Design and implement demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing programs
  • Collaborate with product teams to launch new features and communicate product updates
  • Manage brand messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation strategy
  • Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on developer feedback and data

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or developer tools
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts
  • Experience with developer marketing, community building, and technical content creation
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure challenges
  • Proven track record with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience with conference marketing, speaking, and developer event management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
