When a customer leaves your platform, delete their tenant. Deleting a tenant also stops new credentials from being issued for it, and the resources it owns are removed or cordoned. Deleting tenants requires a partner client. The examples start from partnerClient.
Deleting a tenant cannot be undone. Save anything you need from the tenant before you delete it.

Delete a tenant

RemoveTenant takes the tenant ID.
After the call returns:
  • The tenant no longer appears when you list tenants.
  • Existing credentials for the tenant stop working.
  • Resources owned by the tenant are removed, but not necessarily immediately. They may stay until the platform’s cleanup runs. To request immediate removal, contact support@namespace.so.
If you only have your customer ID, find the tenant ID first with List and find tenants.
